Kwikrents.com is the brainchild of Scott McPherson. Scott McPherson a past local NARPM (National Association Residential Property Manager) chapter president of the TampaBay area.  He joined Sandy Ferrera of All County Property Management in 2002. Sandy had been running a successful property management company in Saint Petersburg, Florida since 1990. Together they made AllCounty one of the leading independent property management companies in today’s market place. They pride themselves on setting the standard in the property management industry. They realized very quickly the powerful tool the internet offers to Property Managers. Dissatisfied with the existing marketing websites, the increasing prices, the difficult log on process and the lack of reporting tools, Scott decided that they should build their own cost effective website to market AllCounty's properties. They contacted computer programmer and longtime business associate Curtis Dudley, who is no stranger to the property management industry. He has been assisting property managers with software support for the last decade and also comes from a family who has been in property management for the last 40 years. Together the three of them set out to build a website that would solve the needs of landlords throughout the country. After two years of research and development, Kwikrents.com was launched in November 2007 at the Annual National Association of Realtors Convention in Las Vegas. Met with rave reviews they have continued on to make Kwikrents.com the best solution for landlords and property managers nationwide.
